De virkelige flaskehalsene er sjelden tekniske. Det er hvordan beslutninger tas, hvilke data de tas på, og hvor mye manuelt arbeid som ligger nedfelt i systemer ingen helt husker hvorfor ble innført. God digitalisering krever både nysgjerrighet og orden: forstå hva som faktisk skjer, før man endrer det. Hva måles i dag? Hvorfor? Tas beslutninger på gamle data, mot KPI-er som bare viser halve bildet? Er prosesser og ressurser allokert for vekst — eller øser vi båten? The real bottlenecks are rarely technical. They’re how decisions are made, what data they rest on, and how much manual work is embedded in systems no one quite remembers why were introduced. Good digitalisation requires both curiosity and order: understand what’s actually happening before you change it. What’s measured today? Why? Are decisions made on stale data, against KPIs that only show half the picture? Are processes and resources allocated for growth — or are we bailing out the boat?

Jeg holder et bevisst skille mellom digitalisering, automasjon og AI. Det meste som beskrives som AI-behov er i realiteten data-, integrasjons- eller prosessutfordringer. Riktig rekkefølge — rydde, koble, automatisere — gjør at den mer avanserte teknologien faktisk får effekt når den tas i bruk. De som gjør oppgaven sitter på uvurderlig kompetanse. Faglig bakgrunn fra UX og tjenestedesign gir meg et bruker- og prosessperspektiv som kompletterer den tekniske siden: hvordan menneske og maskin møtes i hverdagen, og hvorfor gode løsninger må ryddes i begge retninger. I keep a deliberate distinction between digitalisation, automation and AI. Most of what organisations describe as AI needs are in reality data, integration or process challenges. The right sequence — tidy, connect, automate — is what makes more advanced technology deliver when it’s finally deployed. The people doing the work hold priceless knowledge. A background in UX and service design gives me a user and process perspective that complements the technical side: how human and machine actually meet in daily work, and why good solutions need clearing in both directions.
